On days she’s craving more movement, this space gives her class options for every pace she’s in. With strength-based, high-tempo cardio, cycling, Pilates, and yoga hybrid options, there’s room to take it up a notch or tone it down. When there’s a little more time for a full post-workout reset, finishing with uninterrupted laps in the indoor pool, then moving into the sauna and steam room is her favourite way to refresh. It’s her go-to for dialled-in training that finishes with a softer pace. The central location near Avenues Mall makes consistency easier, and the spacious floor with strength and cardio equipment for every kind of session supports her routine while leaving her feeling progressively stronger.
